In-Person vs Virtual Coaching
In-Person Coaching
In-person coaching is where you and the coach meet face-to-face and discuss your goals and obstacles, then create a plan to accomplish them. For those living in Southern California, I am available to meet in most places, including Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura counties, as well as parts of Riverside and San Bernardino County. For locals, virtual coaching might still be best if you have a tight schedule, have transportation issues, or prefer the comfort of your home.
Virtual Coaching
For those of you who do not live in the area, or who prefer the idea of virtual coaching, this is an ideal option. Virtual coaching allows for you and the coach to meet without the obstacle of location. You and the coach will agree on a time and day to meet for however long you need to. The coach is flexible and can work around time zone constraints so that you are not inconvenienced. All you will need is a simple laptop or a phone with a camera and an internet connection.
